You’ll find a remodeled kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the equipment you need for whipping up anything from frosty margaritas to a gourmet meal. This amazing vacation rental has a queen size bed and remote-controlled Sony TV bed in the bedroom, an attached bathroom, and washer & dryer just outside the bedroom door. The decorator-appointed living room has a pullout couch and easy chair, CD player/changer and stereo speakers, 37” flat screen TV and DVD player. The dining area features a stone table & comfy dining room chairs (plus additional chairs at the kitchen counter), and a wireless modem for all your internet needs. The balcony has chaise lounges for sunbathing and a table and chairs for sunset dining al fresco. The Bay View Grand is a security conscious, gated complex with an infinity pool the size of three football fields, a palapa bar & grill, mini market, fully equipped gym and spa, tennis courts, beach volleyball, and a sandy beach you can walk for miles to explore beach restaurants, the nearby river, or the local turtle research facility. Just outside the front gates are the bars and restaurants of some of the best hotels in the region. A little further down the street is the Vallarta Marina with more bars and restaurants, and shops galore. And if you prefer to venture into Puerto Vallarta for the downtown flavor of shopping or nightlife, your trip is only fifteen minutes by bus or cab which pick you up right outside the front gate.
