Casa Vista Los Arcos is the newest rental in the area often termed The Mexican Riviera and is available for rentals as of October 15, 2007. The multi-level home combines all the charm of a Spanish villa with all of the updated amenities expected to make for a most enjoyable and relaxing vacation for family and friends. The home is completely open-aired with each of the 4 large bedrooms including an equally large bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have king and twin beds, ideal for small children. One of the rooms is also a full studio with a full kitchenette. Every room is situated to give the utmost in privacy with spectacular views over Mismaloya Beach and Los Arcos, the most famous rock formation in all of The Bay of Banderas. The area offers an array of water and ecotourism activities including whale watching, fishing, snorkeling, canopy tours, horseback riding and jungle treking on foot or on atv's. Night of The Iguana was filmed on the beach in front of the house and all of The Predator films behind the house. The new, spectacular botanical gardens are also minutes away. Puerto Vallarta's nightlife and shopping are just 15 minutes away along with golf. Tennis, a gym and Spa care are just across the street at The Barcelo Resort-- walking distance. Buses and taxis and water taxis are readily available or you can rent a vehicle or two. Puerto Vallarta is very easy to navigate as there is only one main highway and for your convenience the house has a two car garage with remote and additional street parking should you want one or several vehicles. The house comes fully staffed with an English-speaking houseman and maid. Breakfast is included and a cook or chef can be arranged.
