Designed by one of Mexicos leading architects, Vista Romantica is a spectacular 2700 sq. ft., 2 bedroom/2 bath luxury condo. The unit takes up an entire floor and is one of only six in this exclusive building.
The home incorporates upscale Mexican architecture with large open spaces and high end tile and stone work throughout. A private keyed elevator leads into the living room/dining room great area which unfolds outward toward the Bay of Banderas and downtown Puerto Vallarta. Both the great room and the two spacious bedrooms open onto a magnificant 55 ft open-air veranda which extends the entire length of the unit. The huge views of downtown Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay are unequaled. Sunsets from every room will take your breath away.
The master bedroom has a giant king size bed and huge en suite bath area which features a 10ft long walk-in shower room and gorgeous inlay stone flooring. Like like the master bedroom, the second bedroom also opens onto the veranda and has its own private bathroom and walk in shower area.
Off the great room is a gourmet kitchen fully stocked with the finest in stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, gas-stove, side-by-side refrigeragtor/freezer with icemaker, and oven. Additional cooking space can be found on the veranda which has a built-in bar and gas fired grill.
